Larina Alton practices in all areas of business litigation.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Alton was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Judge David Minge at the Minnesota Court of Appeals (2007-2008). 

Professional Activities
Ms. Alton is admitted to practice in Minnesota state and federal courts. 

Education
Ms. Alton received her Biology B.A. from the University of Minnesota, Morris, in 2004 and earned her J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2007.  During law school, Ms. Alton was a staff member and editor of the Journal of Law and Inequality:  A Journal of Theory & Practice.
