Ms. Awsumb practices in all areas of business litigation.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Awsumb was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable David G. Campbell, District of Arizona (2003-2004) and for the Honorable John S.W. Lim, Hawaii Intermediate Court of Appeals (2001-2002).

Ms. Awsumb is admitted to practice before the state courts of Minnesota, Arizona and Illinois, the District of Minnesota, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the District of Arizona.

Ms. Awsumb is as member of the American Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, Arizona State Bar Association, and the Minnesota State Bar Association.  

Education
Ms. Awsumb received her J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law, with distinction, in May 2001.  During law school, Ms. Awsumb was a member of the National Moot Court team, a semifinalist in the Van Oosterhout Memorial Moot Court Competition, and a member of the Iowa Law Review.  Ms. Awsumb graduated, cum laude, from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio) in May 1998 with a degree in the History of Art and Architecture.
