Nathan P. Brennan is an associate with Anthony Ostlund Baer & Louwagie P.A. He practices in all areas of business litigation.  He joined the firm in 2009 and his practice focuses on a wide range of commercial litigation issues, including shareholder disputes, contract matters, fraud and business torts and employment law.  

Professional Activities
Mr. is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, The Hennepin County Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Association. 

Education
Mr. Brennan earned his B.A., summa cum laude, from St. Cloud State University in 2003.  He graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School, cum laude, in 2009.  During law school, he served as a staff member and Note & Comment Editor for the Minnesota Law Review.
