Augustine “Gus” S. Chung, an Associate Attorney with Anthony Ostlund Baer Louwagie & Ross, practices in all areas of commercial litigation. Augustine has been involved in securities class action, land use litigation, shareholder and stakeholder disputes, corporate governance disputes, and regulatory investigations. Augustine is admitted to practice law in Minnesota in state and federal courts.
In addition to his litigation experience, Augustine has a wealth of financial and business experience from his years prior to becoming an attorney. As a former financial analyst for Fidelity Investments, he analyzed financial information to forecast business, industry and economic conditions to make investment recommendations to portfolio managers. Augustine is also a former business owner, having owned several businesses.

Augustine is a member of the Minnesota Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA) and the Hennepin County Bar Association.
Education
Augustine received a B.A. cum laude in economics from Carleton College in 1999. He received his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2006.
