Jason Geer practices in all areas of business litigation. He is admitted to practice in all Minnesota state and federal courts, and pro hac vice to California State Court. Prior to joining Anthony Ostlund Baer Louwagie & Ross P.A., Mr. Geer was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Mel I. Dickstein, Fourth Judicial District, State of Minnesota (2006-07).

Professional Activities
Mr. Geer is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, The Hennepin County Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Association. He was appointed to the 4th District Ethics Committee for the 2007-2008 term.
Education
Mr. Geer received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Hamline University School of Law in May 2006. While at Law School, Mr. Geer was a staff member of the Hamline Law Review during the 2004-05 year, and was elected Editor-in-Chief for the 2005-06 year. He also participated in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court competition in Vienna, Austria, was a member and Student Director of Hamline’s Client Counseling team, and completed a judicial externship for the Honorable R.A. (Jim) Randall, Minnesota Court of Appeals. Mr. Geer graduated from the University of Minnesota -Twin Cities with a B.A. in International Relations.
