Phil Kaplan practices in all areas of business litigation.  He joined the firm as a summer associate in 2007 and remained at the firm as a law clerk through the spring of 2008.

Professional Activities

Mr. Kaplan is admitted to practice in the Minnesota federal and state courts.

Education

Mr. Kaplan received a B.B.A. in Finance and Investment Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2004.  He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2008.  During law school, Mr. Kaplan was a staff member and managing editor of the Journal of Law and Inequality.
