Steven Kerbaugh is an associate with Anthony Ostlund Baer & Louwagie P.A. He joined the firm as a summer associate in 2008, and he practices in all areas of commercial litigation.

Mr. Kerbaugh is licensed to practice in Minnesota federal and state courts. He is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the
Hennepin County Bar Association.
Education
Mr. Kerbaugh earned his B.A., summa cum laude, with political science departmental honors, from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire in political science and French. He graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School, magna cum laude, in 2009. While in law school, Mr. Kerbaugh served as a legal writing instructor for first year law students, volunteered through the Minnesota Justice Foundation at the Fourth Judicial District Self-Help Center, and participated in the International Moot Court, for which he earned awards for legal writing and oral advocacy. During law school, Mr. Kerbaugh also served as an extern for the Honorable Franklin L. Noel, United States Magistrate Judge, District of Minnesota. He further attended l’Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) in Lyon, France, where he earned a Diploma in International and European Law.
