Mary Knoblauch is a shareholder of Anthony Ostlund Baer Louwagie & Ross P.A. Ms. Knoblauch appears in state and federal courts as well as in administrative agencies such as the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, the Department of Labor, the Minnesota Department of Human Rights, and similar state and local agencies.

Ms. Knoblauch began her legal career as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Daniel M. Kammeyer, Minnesota Tenth Judicial District, 1984-1985, and to the Honorable D. D. Wozniak, 1985, and the Honorable Doris Ohlsen Huspeni, Minnesota Court of Appeals, 1985-86. After practicing for one year in St. Paul with the former firm of Maun & Simon, Ms. Knoblauch joined Anthony Ostlund Baer Louwagie & Ross in 1987. For several years, Ms. Knoblauch has been designated by her peers as a "Super Lawyer.
