Vincent Louwagie, a shareholder of Anthony Ostlund Baer Louwagie & Ross, practices in all areas of commercial litigation, with an emphasis on disputes involving financial transactions, including securities, real estate, shareholder, tax, accounting, and leasing company disputes and on legal disputes between business competitors. Mr. Louwagie represents shareholders and management in corporate governance disputes. He also represents investors, broker-dealers, underwriters, issuers and individual registered representatives in investment-related disputes.

Mr. Louwagie practices in state and federal courts and in various arbitration forums around the country. Mr. Louwagie’s previous experience as an auditor with a major accounting firm enables him to analyze disputes arising out of financial transactions and to view his clients’ legal problems in the context of their businesses. For several years, Mr. Louwagie has been designated by his peers as a "Super Lawyer."

Professional Activities
Mr. Louwagie is a member of the Federal Bar Association, Minnesota State Bar Association (Civil Litigation Section), the Hennepin County Bar Association and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants. He also serves on the board of the Minnesota Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.

Education
Mr. Louwagie earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota (B.S.B. Accounting) in 1983, and his J.D., cum laude, Order of the Coif from the University of Minnesota in 1988.
